By accessing or using the ASI Conference 2026 website, submitting papers, or registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Conference Services

ASI Conference 2026 provides a platform for researchers and practitioners to submit papers, register for the conference, and access conference-related information. The conference is sponsored by KSU Prototype Living of Tomorrow (PLOT) and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS).

3. Paper Submission Terms

3.1 Original Work

By submitting a paper to ASI Conference 2026, you represent and warrant that:

  • The submitted work is original and has not been previously published
  • The work is not currently under review at any other venue
  • You have the right to submit the work and grant the necessary permissions
  • All co-authors have agreed to the submission
  • The work does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party

3.2 Review Process

All submissions undergo peer review. The conference organizers reserve the right to reject any submission at their discretion. Review decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

3.3 Publication Rights

By submitting a paper, you grant ASI Conference 2026 and its sponsors a non-exclusive license to publish the accepted paper in the conference proceedings. Authors retain copyright of their work.

4. Registration

  • Conference registration is free but required for all attendees
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference
  • Registration information must be accurate and complete
  • The conference reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion
  • Optional banquet tickets, if purchased, are non-refundable unless the banquet is cancelled

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CONFERENCE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS, KSU PLOT, IEEE CIS, AND KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS, KSU PLOT, IEEE CIS, KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE CONFERENCE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or submitted materials
  • Travel or accommodation expenses
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Technical failures or service interruptions
  • Errors in conference scheduling or venue information
  • Actions or omissions of other conference participants

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the conference organizers, KSU PLOT, IEEE CIS, Kennesaw State University, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the conference services or violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The ASI Conference 2026 name, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without prior written permission from the conference organizers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the conference services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Conference

The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, venue, or format at any time. In the event of conference cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or force majeure events), any optional purchases (such as banquet tickets) will be refunded.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
